HOW WE WORK
When we receive an expression of interest, the first step is to have a meeting or conference call so we can introduce ourselves, get a rough idea of the project and explain our working practices to you.
The next step is to more fully understand your requirements and decide which kind of process suites your project and company best. For instance, some projects can be very clearly defined with formal specifications, costs and timescales - and some projects benefit from a more iterative approach. In either case we will consider risks and requirements, project goals, scalability and maintenance.
Once the project goals and conditions are clear we sign an agreement and then commence work.
We like to employ "Agile" / "Extreme programming" practices, which means that we rapidly produce prototypes so corrections, omissions, and incorrect assumptions can be fixed quickly. We believe in the "Fishbowl" process whereby our work in progress is visible to the client from an early stage.
If it is a large project you will have access to a project wiki and bug reporting and tracking tools.
To get started, all you need to do is to contact us.
